Oh remember the days when Tonka was tough and made of steel.
Modern day Tonka doesn't have the same feel about in plastic. The boys still love it and I guess it doesn't hurt as much if you happen to get hit by a flying truck.
Plastic and noises....boy have they changed. When they first came out we would chuckle....and tease my Mom--that was her Nickname. George had to have lots of Tonka toys!
"Life is a train of moods like a string of beads, and, as we pass through them, they prove to be many-colored lenses which paint the world their own hue, and each shows only what lies in its focus."
A mother of two, my primary interest is children and family portrait photography. I love children of all ages and I love photographing them doing what kids do...play, sleep, play, eat, play some more. I also love capturing the loving interactions between parents and their children. There is no sweeter bond. And on occasion I enjoy photographing that big 40-year-old kid. Really, it is most men that I know...and some women...and from time to time, myself. I hope you enjoy this blog. To see more, go to www.photographybyginamarie.com

It looks like he likes it. The question is, does he like them as much as his red boots! I laugh because he is wearing them in every picture!
