We just discovered this weekend that the terribly sour plums that have been growing on our tree every season are sweet! I was beginning to think this was a sour plum producing tree...but it isn't. Anybody need some plums? We have a lot!
Seriously this makes 8 jars. You can enjoy your own plums in the winter, OR give as nice gifts... http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/cooking-live/plum-jam-recipe/index.html
"Life is a train of moods like a string of beads, and, as we pass through them, they prove to be many-colored lenses which paint the world their own hue, and each shows only what lies in its focus."
A mother of two, my primary interest is children and family portrait photography. I love children of all ages and I love photographing them doing what kids do...play, sleep, play, eat, play some more. I also love capturing the loving interactions between parents and their children. There is no sweeter bond. And on occasion I enjoy photographing that big 40-year-old kid. Really, it is most men that I know...and some women...and from time to time, myself. I hope you enjoy this blog. To see more, go to www.photographybyginamarie.com

Yummy! Sweet plums! Jam--isn't that bought at Vons? Maybe I'll take up jam making. I "do" enjoy homemade jam.
How's it coming?
